Taizhou Renxin Mould Co., Ltd. is located in Huangyan, Taizhou, the hometown of moulds in China. Since its establishment in 2008, the company has been committed to the research and development of various OEM automotive lighting molds, including automotive headlight molds, taillight molds, two-color/three-color molds, BMC molds, light guide molds, lens molds, etc.
The company brings together the lamp industry talent, has a professional mold design team and manufacturing team. We use advanced CAD/CAE/CAM system, through DFM analysis and mold flow analysis, find problems in the design stage, avoid risks, and provide strong technical support for automobile lamp manufacturers.
The company is equipped with CNC CNC milling, high-speed milling, double spark machine, 2K/3K injection molding machine, precision polishing equipment, etc., strictly control the precision and quality of the mold. Over the years, we have established friendly and cooperative relations with Geely, Chery, Guanzhi, Wuling, Dongfeng, Zotye, Brilliance, Changfeng, BAIC, Changan, SAIC and many other car factories.
