How to process the steel material after heat treatment in the plastic mold?

Under normal circumstances, the workpiece will be deformed after heat treatment, some concave surface, some convex surface, hardness is hard, some inclined top deformation is serious, processing is more difficult, the larger the workpiece is thicker but less deformation, processing is easier, so according to the size of the workpiece to determine the processing method.
Before and after the plastic mold, the mold kernel, slide block, resistant template, etc. are coarsened by a large water mill. The allowance of steel material is generally about 50-60 wires. In the plastic mold, the precision of the mold kernel and slide block is required to be quite high. Therefore, before processing the workpiece, the size of each part of the workpiece is counted to see if the allowance is sufficient and balanced, especially the workpiece with steps must be carefully jammed, do know several surfaces of the workpiece reasonably, so as to avoid grinding too much allowance on one surface, resulting in insufficient allowance on other surfaces, resulting in direct scrapping of the workpiece.
Therefore, in the process of water grinding, first grind a plane of the workpiece, try to choose the deformed side to grind first, control the allowance, flatten the grinding wheel before grinding, and do not trim the grinding wheel too finely before coarsening. The working table of the large water mill should be wiped clean, magnetized, powered on, raised the machine head, turned on the knife, and gently slid a knife to see sparks on the plane of the workpiece, raise 10-20 wires, turn on the automatic, slide the knife again, adjust the swing stroke back and forth, gently feed the knife while sliding the knife, turn on the cutting fluid for cooling, slowly feed the knife until sparks are wiped out, look at the scale and return the scale to zero, so as to remember how much allowance has been machined and determine the feed amount by looking at the size of sparks. As the heat-treated workpiece is hard, the grinding wheel will be very hard, it is very difficult to chew, so the grinding wheel should be repaired continuously to ensure the sharpness of the grinding wheel, and the workpiece surface should be ground quickly. The last few knives should be cut into a few light knives to make the surface of the workpiece smooth and flat. Then the smooth surface is placed on the machine table, and the surface is milled. The workpiece is directly processed in place by the above method.
Then take the milled upper and lower surfaces as the reference surface, and use PS fixtures to make right angles. Different workpieces use different clamping methods. Use the polished upper and lower surfaces to stick to the two vertical surfaces of PS, and then lock them with a wrench. The other side of the workpiece should not exceed the side of PS. Wipe the PS clean. Place the front surface of PS on the table for grinding. Stop when you see the light. Take the PS down and clean, the table top is cleaned to ensure the verticality of the workpiece, and then the side of PS is placed flat on the table top and magnetized. Give light to this surface of the workpiece, control the allowance, and then take the workpiece out of PS. Attention must be paid here. The burr of the workpiece must be cleaned, and the worktable must be cleaned, otherwise the verticality of the workpiece will be affected.
The workpiece is tested, and the verticality of the workpiece is measured by the testing instrument. If the verticality is unqualified, the workpiece is processed at right angles again by the above method: if the verticality is qualified within the tolerance range, the other two surfaces are grinded and the size of the workpiece is processed in place. It is worth noting that different workpieces have different processing methods and methods, no matter which surface is processed, all the burrs on the workpiece should be removed and the table top should be wiped clean to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.
